The company features Ashley Baptiste, a veteran conference producer in the energy industry with over ten years of experience. "Our aim is to offer conference participants the opportunity to learn form a selected group of industry experts, speakers, solution providers and each other. The events foster information exchange and peer-to-peer networking that enourage people to connect, creating real value immediately and for the long-term." said Ashley Baptiste, CEO of Conferences Connect, LLC. Based on continued feedback from speakers and attendees during her ten years as a conference producer, (most recently with EUCI) Baptiste said she decided to launch her firm to address the critical need for the continued networking aspect of such services in the energy industry.
Baptiste explained that with significant changes impacting the energy markets, there is a growing need for conferences that focus on topics such as meter-to-cash operations, billing, customer service, web self-service, demand response, energy efficiency, meter data management, and marketing and communications among others.
